By using the websites located at thrpy.io, insession.io, insessionguide.com, localtherapymarketing.com, and localtherapylisting.com, the related mobile websites (the “Websites”), the mobile application called InSession Emotion Tracker (the “App”) and our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms, including without limitation InSession Tools Appointment Calendar, Credit Card Payments, Invoicing, Intake Forms, Private Portal, and Session Notes (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (this “Terms of Use” or “Agreement”), whether or not you become a registered user of the Websites (a “Member”).
